Viterra Canada and the Western Canadian Baseball League (WCBL) are teaming up for a second straight summer to deliver Viterra Kids Camps to communities across Saskatchewan and Alberta.

The camps are an excellent way to develop grassroots baseball through team-building exercises, mentoring and the fostering of skill development. The instructional events connect the most talented players in the WCBL with youth baseball players for an afternoon of baseball learning and fun.

More than 620 children participated in the 2023 Viterra Kids Camps and more than 1,000 are expected to sign up this year.

If you know of a kid between the ages of six and 17 years old who would like to participate, registration opens on May 15th. Camp tickets are $25 each until June 15th. After that date, tickets are $30 per child.

Each kid who signs up gets a T-shirt; a WCBL regular-season game ticket from the host team; an access code to watch the 2024 WCBL All-Star Game & Home Run Derby broadcast on HomeTeam Live; and, of course, an afternoon of baseball instruction from the top players in the WCBL!
