Play Alberta is WCBL Naming Rights Partner
Play Alberta is teaming up with the Western Canadian Baseball League as a naming rights partner for the 2026 season.
Under the new agreement, Play Alberta has exclusive naming rights for the league’s Alberta-based West Division, which is now officially designated as the “WCBL West Division presented by Play Alberta.”
This new designation will be integrated across league standings, digital platforms, marketing materials and WCBL communications.
WCBL Director of Corporate Sponsorships Noah Rolheiser described the move as a win-win for both organizations.
“We are excited to work with Play Alberta and we appreciate their support of our league and all we do to promote baseball in Western Canada,” said Rolheiser.
“Play Alberta is a trusted destination for sports betting, as well as casino and lottery games, and money played in Alberta stays in Alberta. Play Alberta also maintains a strong commitment to responsible gambling.”
